About Us

We specialize in honest and fair management of Condominium and Homeowner Associations. We have a proven track record of saving our current associations money every month with a 100% satisfaction rate. We keep an accurate record of all the association’s funds in our family owned and operated office in Pompano Beach, Florida. We provide monthly financial statements to the Board of Directors by the 15th of every month. We store every file in locked filing cabinets in our office. We offer 24 hours a day emergency assistance in case of floods, fires, or elevator issues. We have over 30 years of combined experience of association management. Bruce Cramb has been a licensed manager since 1982, and Michael Curtis has been in the industry since 2011. Files and records are maintained in our Pompano Beach office for customer’s questions are to be answered in the required State regulated time period.

THE TEAM

Bruce Cramb

Bruce Cramb was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. Bruce graduated from Alexander Hamilton High School. After graduation Bruce attended the Institute of Design & Construction as an architectural major. Bruce served in the U.S. Army where he was an instructor at the Army Engineer School. Upon discharge, Bruce was employed by the New York City Police Department for twenty years as a police officer. After retirement from NYPD, Bruce moved to Florida and entered the property management field. While working for a large management company in Broward County, Bruce managed all types of associations including high rise condominiums, waterfront properties, and large homeowner associations. He was selected by the Managers Report magazine in February 2003 as the manager of the month in Florida, while managing Winston Trails in Lake Worth. Bruce resides in Lighthouse Point with his wife Donna.

Michael Curtis

Michael Curtis was born in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Michael graduated from Cardinal Gibbons High School in Fort Lauderdale. After graduation, Michael went to work for the City of Fort Lauderdale where he worked in the maintenance department where he excelled in landscaping. Michael then went to follow in Bruce’s footsteps in Property Management. Michael has been a LCAM since 2011 where he has worked to turn around troubled associations. Michael had left his job at his prior management company to start B.D.M. Property Management, LLC.
