Files and records are maintained in our Pompano Beach office for customer’s questions are to be answered in the required State regulated time period.
Organize Board Meetings – We prepare and post all meeting notices and agendas in accordance with the Florida Statutes
Architectural Changes – Supply forms and process requests from the unit owners wanting to upgrade their units
Common Area – Improve appearance of common area through regular inspections and make recommendations for improvements to the board
Contractor Management – BDM Property Management has a list of highly qualified contractors that are all licensed and insured and have extensive experience in their trade. We submit any and all bids to the Board of Directors. After a contract is signed we monitor the work of the hired contractor at no extra charge.
Insurance Administration – BDM Property Management negotiates association insurance policies to help reduce the cost of insurance and to insure the proper coverage.
Financial and Accounting Services – Financial Reports are prepared by the 15th of every month. At the end of the year, an accrual report will be provided. We include a profit and loss statement with budgeted vs. actual figures, cash disbursements, and delinquent receivables. BDM Property Management recommends an independent CPA firm to conduct an annual audit, review, or compilation of the association’s finances. This ensures that the association is doing its best along with us at BDM Property Management to keep your costs down for years to come.
